I probably didn't do my due diligence, because if I had I might have chosen a different property. No staff members are present after 5 pm, there was no breakfast option (I had to ask for more coffee pods), and no ice machine. The televisions - both of them - didn't work very well - they failed to get several channels that were listed on the card, and some channels had badly distorted picture or no sound. Even worse, the first night there was very limited hot water, which they did something about after I asked, but with the sufficient hot water there also appeared pools of water on the bathroom floor from a leak in a pipe behind the toilet. There were only two small trash receptacles, and no one came in to empty them during the six days I was there. I had difficulty when I tried to use the dishwasher in the kitchen.
Every time I asked staff (during business hours) they were friendly and helpful (e.g., they gave me a bag of ice from the ice machine in the main building and sent someone up to look at the problems with the tv and the water heater), but they weren't always able to help (e.g, the tv problem).
