The hotel smelled terrible and was very dirty. Very disappointed with the level of cleanliness especially during a pandemic.

Lobby was newly renovated. Rooms were worn out. Wallls dirty carpets stained and hallways smelled like marajauna. Along with ripped carpets on the floors. Housekeeping on second floor lazy and rude. Homeless man coming in to get breakfast. Pillows and trash laying out in Parking lot of hotel. Huge disappointment!

Unfriendly front desk staff. Very busy at the time we arrived. Long line of people waiting and only one staff member working. Lots of noise in our floor. Unable to sleep. Next day no one clean our room. Beds were not made, we had to ask for clean towels…not good service.

"I can leave you a bag of sheets and YOU can change your OWN bedding!" As I was told by housekeeping. A woman who was just propped up against a cart while playing on her phone instead of working! Be sure to place a room cleaning request by 4pm the day prior or else! This goes for even taking out a garbage bag from the room. It's against the law for your room to be cleaned daily, as I was also told by employees. Never again.

Service was NON-existent. We stayed there for 5 nights and not even once housekeeping cleaned out our room. We ran out of toilet paper, we had to go downstairs many times to get fresh towels, which had brown-suspicious looking stains. Appliances and such were either broken or malfunctioning. Some of the food was spoiled and we got sick. Access to the pool was inaccessible, so we only had chance to use it once. Only one person at the front desk was attentive and nice, the rest of the personnel were uninterested - and rude - One of them even responded with sarcasm on an occasion. The carpet in our room was sticky to the touch (I hope we don't get something) - the water in the shower took a long time to go away and the curtain had fungus on it.. To conclude - IT WAS AWFUL!

The staff at the hotel was friendly and welcoming, but the room was somewhat shabby. The tub had peeling surface spots and the hairdryer handle was coated with a sticky surface. The hotel rooms need a renovation.
