Friendly staff and management, slow check in process. Only real issue was a smoke detector green light that flashed and was very bright at night, was direct from bed.

Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom floor was not as clean as it should have been but everything else was great! I will stay again on my next trip.

Chaos is what I walked into. Phones ringing off the hook and guests rooms not ready. It was 10:40 pm and our rooms were not cleaned. We had to wait for our rooms to be half way cleaned. I waited 45 minutes as I was the “last room available” and they were turning away people who had reservations to do to another hotel that is far away. I would not be happy had my reservations been transferred. That is illogical. I liked the shower and tv but I question of my blanket was clean as it was wrinkled. I should get a future discount for my inconvenience. At 11 pm I’m ready to sleep and not be waiting in the lobby for a room that was booked days ago.

Our stay was well spent, the room was well comforting. The bed was awesome clean and i was relaxed. I enjoyed my dayoff.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, I know we are in midst of pandemic which makes finding help difficult, but customer service was not good, we had no towels or wash clothes in our room...called several times, no one ever brought any, I thought we were going to have to go out and buy some but my daughter found room where towels were and retrieved some for us!!!

Room was prepaid and when arrived told no rooms available as their cleaners had quit. People banging on door as they locked front door. Terrible service waited 3 hrs for a room. Only to get a dirty room and no apology. Then they charged me twice for the room and still haven’t refunded despite them saying they have. Do not stay there, terrible service.

Beans new hotel. Very clean. However housekeeping was totally absent, we didn’t get clean sheets and had to get our own towels and garbage bags. The morning front desk guy, could not care less about his job and he made it very obvious to everyone that asked a simple “could I please get some rice crispies for my son?”

Onoy complaint was used straw in the floor under table by air-conditioning. Was kind of hidden but shouldnhave been found by housekeeping.

Tried 3 different credit cards at check-in & kept being told problem was with my cards. Then, after I asked, tried credit card in different reader & worked. Given two room keys & both did not work so transferred to new room & new card keys worked. New hotel but Shower door did not properly close so flooding occurred with each shower. Had room facing street & was very noisy even with window closed. Also walls not good at soundproofing guests in next room over.
