置位優越，乾淨及房間夠大，推薦

位置優越，步行5分鐘到火車站，入口對面有間KFC , 步行6分鐘亦有大型超市，餐廳。著名景點也在10 多20 分鐘左右步行距離範圍內房間很大，有雪櫃，夾萬，浴室也很大，乾淨情度很好，用密碼鎖很好，不用拎匙。細心送了小糕點及水，很好。唯一缺點是沒有電梯。其他都很好，我會推介給他人。

We had that view of the piazza, it was amazing, but it was 6 floors up. no elevator. no problem for me, but my elderly mom had trouble getting up there

Worth a visit

We only spent 1 night in Messina and it was quite difficult to find this apartment but once we were in it was great - lovely balcony over the square and easy walk to the station

The pictures of this property are somewhat misleading, they show a balcony that looks over the square. The only room with a balcony is #5 there’s no mention of that. I booked the so called honeymoon suite, there are many stairs, there’s no mention of stairs in the ad. The room overlooks the KFC which seems to be a bit of a hangout and was very noisy with cars and Vespa’s on Saturday night until 4am Sunday. Once you find the building the entrance is quite grubby. The shower and bed are in the same room, there is a screen that you can lower for privacy and there’s quite a bit of mold in the shower. I would not recommend this place.

Bien et propre, l'emplacement est bien, cuisine mal équipée, je n'ai pas aimé le plancher qui n'est pas très raffiné mais fait plutôt sol de garage. Les escaliers sont très étroits tant pour accéder le studio que pour accéder le 2 étage (cuisine et terrasse)

The property is very clean and comfortable. It is not set up for much privacy however. The bathroom doors are glass and if you must turn on the light in the night, it lights up the room. Other than that, it was a nice spot.

PROS * good location * greeted by host on arrival CONS * horrible sewage smell in the toilet, it was just horrible * although Expedia shows this has parking, it has NO parking * plenty of stairs to walk so if you have big suitcases good luck

The building itself is very old, however the actually room was very nice. The bedroom and washroom were clean and very spacious. The location was perfect to walk everywhere. The owner was helpful and communicative.

Proprietari gentili e premurosi nel fornire informazioni. La stanza non era tanto grande, ma dotata di un piccolo frigo (molto utile), tra l'altro con l'omaggio di un dolcetto e di acqua, inoltre era disponibile una macchinetta con cialde per caffè e altre bevande. Molto graditi anche i prodotti per il bagno all'olio d'oliva Buona posizione, non lontana dalla stazione e vicina anche a negozi vari

주말 소음 극심

바로 앞에 KFC 매장이 있고 옆에는 고뭔이 위치해있어서 토요일을 맞은 청소년들의 군집으로 소음이 거의 자정무렵까지 계속되어 매우 불편했습니다. 주말 예약은 심각히 재고해야 할 듯... 그러나 호스트는 매우 친절하고 체크인을 잘 도와주었습니다.

La struttura è molto ben attrezzata, il sign. Gaspere è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. La doccia in camera da letto la rende Consigliata per coppie.

Stop in Messina

A little tricky to find, this is a good hotel for a quick stay over in Messina. They utilize key codes which is super convenient for late or early arrivals, and the rooms are super spacious. It would make life easier if they did add more signage to help locate the hotel.
