I arrived late for my reservation, called the property and message the property, and was confirmed that it would be no problem my reservation was still valid. Upon arrival they told me my reservation was canceled and my room was no longer available. They then charged me for another two nights stay and told me they would refund the reservation that they wrongfully canceled since I had communicated multiple times about keeping the reservation. Once I checked into the room they had given me and charged me for a second time, the room was filthy. Trash was left everywhere (including the desk chair) soap and toilet paper were missing, there were still dishes in the dishwasher that were dirty and the ice bucket had water in it. Sheets were not clean either. At 3:00 a.m. on the first night I guess was playing music so loudly in their hotel that multiple rooms were disturbed and when I called the front desk they were put out that they had to even deal with it. The front desk staff was rude and asked me why I was letting them know as if it wasn't their job to go shut music off and let people sleep at 3:00 in the morning.
I Wrapped my stay up, got home, and waited for the refund, only to be contacted by the hotel to be told they were not going to refund me for the four nights stay that they canceled against my wishes, and that I hadn't contacted them so I was a no-show. Obviously I have screenshot proof that I did contact them, more than once. This hotel is a bunch of scammers.
