We arrived at 7:00 pm hoping to go out for dinner. There is nowhere nearby that would serve us a sitdown meal. We were able to take out a pizza at Pizza Hut. There is not much around Shelby and it is over an hours drive to Glacier Park.

Shelby, Montana is not far from the East entrance of Glacier but that’s it. An old Pizza Hut is the only decent place to eat! Kind of a depressing settlement, really just a railroad yard in the middle of miles of plain. The Comfort Inn has a nice staff and the room was clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom sink has no space around it and is RIGHT NEXT to the room door. Not much sound insulation between floors either. Not sure what they can do about these architectural issues.
