Great Place to Stay

Clean and cute property in a great area near the university. Walkable neighborhood directly behind. Highly recommend visiting the breakfast spot within walking distance called Morning Glory. If you want the best Indian Cuisine in Oregon, visit House of India.

Very Very Very Nice people and very affordable so all in all totally worth it. Having said that though, the TV didn't work, and the coffee machine at breakfast was pretty lacking. Two important comforts when staying in a motel.

I stayed here one night with my kids. The location is quiet, and convenient - the hotel is between a really good breakfast place and a coffee shop. The room was large and comfy. We were able to open the window at night for fresh air. The layout of the room has the windows facing out - away from the parking and walkway, which many of these types of hotels lack and it’s a huge part of comfort and safety.

Quick business overnight while traveling through Ashland. The property is dated, but kept up reasonably well. Well lit, and secure. The room was clean, and comfortable and very reasonably priced. A short walk or drive to downtown Ashland. No notable amenities available, but would certainly stay here again as a business travel option

Perfect location across street from SOU

I spent a night here while visiting my daughter at Southern Oregon University. The hotel is across the street from campus and very convenient. The gentleman staffing the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was uninspiring, but in line with the price point. There is an amazing breakfast restaurant, Morning Glory, just a few steps away.

Friendly staff, but luke warm shower temp!

The shower barely got warm, much less hot. I was in need of taking a shower but was throughly disappointed that the water barely got warm. Shivering while taking a shower wasn’t appreciated.
