No Elevator and Use only if you have Dogs

This Hotel was so bad no stairs for Elderly People. Plus Dogs barking all night and the walls were so thin you could hear everything. I would only recommend this Hotel for its location but not for anything else. Needs a lot of improvement. No batteries in TV control someone must of needed batteries. Other room bathroom water would only turn on HOT no cold water . Like I said could use some maintenance...... a lot

Bummed

Booked a room with two queen beds. When I arrived they informed me that they overbooked and only had single queen rooms available. Not the end of the world but the $3 per night discount they offered was laughable. WiFi was down “for maintenance” and no elevator. You can and will hear everything that is going on in the hallway and an incredibly loud AC.

Nice people, rough place.

There are no vending machines with snacks. Three floors of rooms, and no elevators. The one vending machine they have for drinks only takes coins and not cash or card. The snacks they have available for purchase were things like pizza protein chips and spam, while the rooms didn't have microwaves. There are stains in tread paths on the carpets in hallways. Also, with the location there is a TON of vehicle noise. Someone was revving their engine at 130am the first night, for a good 10 minutes in the open parking lot and just tons of road noise otherwise on the back side of the building. Would be nice to have security or someone to stop those instances or interfere as they occur, rather than having to get an authority repsonse to get it to stop. The employees are friendly and kind, checking in and out was very easy. The facilities could use some tlc, however, and certainly better snacks or amenities for guests. That is a must and no-brainer. Costco is just up the street!

A big con for every pro.

I’ll start with the bad and end with the good… 1) The parking lot is very sketchy. It’s shared with a shopping plaza lot where homelessness people were sleeping in front of abandoned stores. 2) The in- room coffee and tea are yucky 3) When I asked for a receipt for the $50 incidental deposit, I was told they couldn’t provide one. 4) While I was checking out, three employees came in to collect their checks. One started yelling, and was egged on by another employee. She said she had been shorted and wanted a paystub to prove her pay. It escalated with a someone I. The adjacent office (with an open door.) lots of foul language, threats to destroy the hotel and F- people up. It was scary. On the plus side: 1) the night attendant, Camella, was so friendly and helpful. 2) There was a continental breakfast with a good selection. 3) They are pet friendly ($27 fee). 4) The pillows were extremely comfortable. Would I stay again? Nope.

Stayed there for about 10 days did not have hot water for six of those days. Half of the staff was rude unhelpful and lazy laundry facilities were broken. They had my room reservation messed up old rundown. I guess you get what you pay for.

The room is small and grey on this grey day, probably less bleak in other weather. But really, painting in golden tones would be far less depressing than this bluegrey brown. Very clean, check in was easy, nice tub with loads of hot water. Heat/AC responsive. Within a 10 min walk there are 50 nail salons, several small ethnic restaurants, IHOP, Panera, major bookstore, world market, target, harbor freight, many drugstores. Giant Safeway 3 min walk across the parking lot. Silverdale is a commercial hub for the area. Realize this and be happy. It is, however, built for cars. There are crosswalks at the lights, just be prepared to wait a full cycle for your turn to walk.
