the hotel was very clean and well kept up. Definitely a step above the usual roadside motel. The walls were a bit thin, but not too big a deal. The pillows were weirdly lumpy too. But neither of those are dealbreakers, and I'd definitely stay here again. I had a dog friendly room that had hardwood floors and was on the 1st floor very close to a side door which was nice

GREAT SPOT
This was a great place to stay! Had our dog with us and though the room was smaller we had room for all our bins and bags and her crate! Super clean, modern, and a pretty good continental breakfast. The guy who checked us in was super friendly and accommodating. Also a very reasonable rate for the area.

Great stay
Our stay at this hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean, easy access to freeway, restaurants and gas. They don’t have elevators. Not a problem for my husband and I but just so you know.

Customer service skills need improving
The check-in person was fairly rude when I told him that I was traveling with a dog. I informed him that I only book with hotels that are pet friendly, and he continued to speak to me in a rude tone, stating that all pet friendly rooms were taken. He said that as I had already paid for the room he would let me stay but that the room needed to be absolute perfect condition when leaving. This is when I became very irritated, as I had only booked this hotel because it was pet friendly. This is the first time that I have experienced this and it was very upsetting. Terrible customer service.

Great place!!
I have stayed here twice and specifically came back here because of how clean I felt it was. Morgan the afternoon and early evening clerk was great!! She gave great recommendations on places to eat and answered any other questions I had about the area. Not really as pleased with the other staff, but all in all service was excellent. Oh, get breakfast at the Manhattan Cafe in town, you won’t be disappointed!
