Nightmare of a stay

Terrible experience, I stayed in the “back building” and it was like a scene from a bad movie. Stained carpet and walls, a/c would cut out at random. The bed had a huge divot in the center, the roof above the shower was coming apart falling in the tub, you had to wait a few minutes for the pipes to purge to get clear water for a shower. Truly a NIGHTMARE of a stay, I was in the room a total of 5.5 hours and was over it. Got on the road much earlier than anticipated just to get out of there. Do not waste your money!. The staff was attentive, and the front desk employee when I arrived was carrying a sidearm which I appreciated.

This place needs to shut down!

Hotel was on rundown side of town. Poorer quality than what you'd think of Motel 6. Homeless lingering around at night, signs of vandalism (rock through window), no security. No A/C (after suffering no A/C in room after 90+degree day, clerk at check-out said A/C was out in many rooms, worked in some - she was running to each room trying to figure out what worked), bathroom fixtures were terribly stained and patched, very little toilet paper (but half-used kleenex box if we ran out), carpet felt dirty to bare feet. Overall disgusting feeling.

Creepy Hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is an older hotel that has not been updated in a long time. There is no elevator, so you have to haul your luggage to the upper floors. The carpets are horribly stained, the bathroom grout moldy, and the pool horribly green. Their IS an air of "old grandeur" to the place, and would be incredible if the money was spent to update. Will not stay here again.

This was a terrible experience. Nothing was immediately fixed because we were told that staff is not showing up for work. The pool was under repair. Worst experience of our lives. Also floor level back entrance was not lockable. Security was nonexistent. Anyone could enter room hallways. Brea Kia st was a joke, bagels and bread old and toaster broken. Need I say more

It was horrible. The hotel is very outdated and dirty all over with homeless sleeping outside. Police took a couple of people off property because they were fighting. Rooms where super dirty had to change rooms 3 times because bathroom wouldnt work or water would not go down the drain. The electricity kept going off and on. Really read reviews and believe everything they say.

This is an outdated hotel. The room however had a comfortable bed with lots of pillows. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and I needed some help getting the air conditioning working. I tried calling the front desk numerous times for help but nobody answered. I finally ended up walking to the front desk in my PJs to find someone. I found the manager outside the front door. I was given a roll of TP and a nice maintenance guy came back to my room with me and showed me how to operate the AC. I got a good nights sleep.

Awful. Don't waste your time or money staying her.

When we arrived we were given a room that when we entered it had no bed that was just the bare mattresses. There was dog turds on the floor in the bathroom. We were given another room and it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest we were given another room and we stayed in it but the TV didn't work. Would I recommend this place? Definitely not.

Horrible experience. Front desk warned me upfront about the homeless around the hotel. The hotel was absolutely in horrible condition and I felt so unsafe, I left.

The first room we checked into there was somebody in the room. The bed was messed up. The bathroom was dirty and there was toilet paper on the nightstand. We went back up to the desk and explained to them they said, show me like I was lying. I showed them and they moved me to another room. All the keys are printed backwards.

Unsafe hotel! Do not recommend!

Front entry lights were not on when I pulled in to check into my room. Place was not clean and I was informed that someone had just OD'd in the parking lot and I saw the ambulance pull in. The exterior of the rooms showed that the place was not well kept, I could see holes in curtains. Lots of damaged cars in the parking lot. I did not feel safe staying here so decided to eat the room cost and find somewhere else to stay. Do not recommend this place!
