They checked in a family into our room under my name, all of my information and everything. I went to check in and they couldn’t find my reservation, the reason the couldn’t find the reservation was because I was already “checked in” and in the room, which was the other family. Then they offered to just give me the other family’s room which had one less room so I had explained no… I paid for my certain room. So I then had to wait for housekeeping to clean the room. I was given drink vouchers for the inconvenience but I am 4 months pregnant so that was no benefit to me.

Great room

It’s definitely a nice place to stay. Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had their continental breakfast which was good. They had a variety of different items to choose from. We had a suite right by the pool, water slide, hot tub, ping pong table and arcade games. Which was nice. We just walked out our patio doors and we were right there. Laundry room was also clean and efficient. Close to the mall and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Beware

Front desk staff was nice. I checked in around midnight due to a late flight. However, when I was parking, I found myself next to someone that was parked in the lot that may have been homeless-so sad, but no security. I was also parked near a person who was playing loud music and based on my background was dealing. Found out from friends in the area that this is a hotel with a high crime rate. Room was I guess the 'best' part. It was not particularly clean and I found I had to zip up my suitcase just in case. I don't mind less than 3 star to stay, but this was sketchy

Pool and pool area was nice. Awesome getting 2 free drinks at the bar for adults.Beds were comfortable. However, when you first walked in there was a weird smell everyone complained about, bathroom was not clean(toilet), blanket in the pullout couch was not clean, the air conditioners vent was not clean, and the breakfast was not good for a family. The first day the breakfast seemed limited, no one ate the eggs because it was runny and had mushrooms in it, second day the exact same eggs it seemed like they just put out left overs, and when I asked if there was more sausage they seemed like they were annoyed. So, there is potential if the hotel was updated, better breakfast, and clean the rooms/bathrooms better.

Great stay

We had a pool side room for the convenience of being near the pool. If you are an early sleeping I wouldn’t recommend because it gets loud with the kids swimming, however, as soon as 10 PM hits it’s absolutely quiet. The doubles beds are small but good size for a couple, they are comfortable. The floors were clean and not sticky like I’ve noticed that other hotels. The breakfast was great. The coffee was good. The pool water was perfect. I would stay here again.
