Location location location

Great location, great and friendly staff but really dated rooms. You go there for its location, no longer for a up to date room. While the lobby and restaurant is cool and stylish, the room fell disappointingly short of a hotel standard. (We heared that they will renovate them soon)

Vi havde et skønt hjørneværelse. Vi boede 3 (par +teenager), og der var masse af plads i rummet selv med åben sovesofa, hvor man sov udmærket. Konciergen var meget venlig og hjælpsom med både transport, anbefalinger og billetter til musical. Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage ved vores næste London besøg.

The nicest Radisson we have ever stayed in! Very clean, superb location, and the staff cannot be beat! Every one of them is friendly and helpful, and having concierges like George and Eddie who seemed to truly enjoy helping (not expecting monetary tips like in the US) made our stay exceptional!

Fantastic location. Internal steps are annoying.

I always use this hotel when I’m in London due to the comfort of the beds and the location. This time, I had a few issues (Room 121): They didn’t have my reservation upon check in - took them 15 mins to find it. AC was kinda loud. Shower needed to be fixed - it was spurting water at the ceiling. Hairdryer is attached to the wall within the wardrobe, which is a design flaw. Also - there are loads of steps WITHIN the hotel, out of the elevator, into the rooms, etc. If you have heavy luggage, it’s a pain.
