My complaint isn’t about the hotel facilities, but about the wrong charge on my credit card and the lack of assistance with us.
Since 3rd August, I’ve been complaining by email, and the answer, after almost two weeks, was just: “Hello, let’s take care of your problem.” And nothing more.
No more answers, no solution, even after many emails sent to the hotel.
We called the Hyatt Central Help Desk, and the call ended before the problem was solved.
We are very disappointed with such a big group and the lack of care with your customers.
