Generally: There wasn't enough staff. Things everywhere were dirty, stained, and in poor repair. There were holes in the wall. At least one room number sign was just a piece of paper taped to the wall. The pool and pool room were dirty. There were no towels in the pool room, and when I asked for three, was given the only two available. Our room: The beds are SleepNumber style but the feature didn't work. The mattresses were worn out: the edges were sloped from years of people sitting on them. The sofa bed mattress support fabric was torn out of place at the foot end, so the mattress dipped at the feet. One of the closet doors was broken (didn't slide), the bathroom sink stopper didn't work, the shower caulking was mildewy, the shower curtain had a broken rod ring, the sink towel bar was broken off the wall and sitting on the countertop. The floors, walls, and furniture were scuffed, stained, dirty, damaged, but still usable. Only two bath towels in the room, and when I asked for more, was given the only one they had available. This was definitely overpriced for this experience.

I was in town for a convention and all the hotels near the University of Akron were sold out. The Radisson seemed like a comfortable deal based on pictures online. What a joke!!! The Radisson is the joke! Don't stay here unless you like filthy rooms, dirty carpets, dusty surfaces, stained towels of unknown substances, moldy tubs, hairy floors, dirty pool, broken hot tub and etc...The list can go one...oh also the late night illicit activities that normally would have the police there but for some reason no one cares!!

Very dated. Not clean, stains and drips everywhere, walls, furniture, etc. Not enough towels for 2 persons. Took hours to get more. HVAC unit in room produced loud noise all throughout the night. Shower moldy and dated. Shower room doorknob falling apart. Entire hotel smells like the Indian restaurant downstairs, even inside my room, including my pillow. Convenient location for us but wouldn’t stay again.

The air conditioning unit was broken and extremely loud. Half of the outlets didn’t work in the room. The floors were dirty. We reported all issues immediately to the person running the front desk. He came to check the ac unit and said that all of them sound like that. He refused to switch us rooms. In the morning we spoke to someone else who listened to the video of the ac unit and told us we should not have had to stay in that room!

The room was not vacuumed at all there was pepperoni pieces on the floor, there was a stain on the flat sheet, and the mini fridge had mold in it.

We arrived at the hotel at 2am, our room was not made up, urine on sheets AND pillows, hair, crumbs, period blood food wrappers, POOP on the bathroom floor, drug paraphernalia in the bedside table. They moved us to another room that was even worse so I requested to go back to the other room and purchased my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. No breakfast as advertised on website. No bedding for pull out couch which was also stained and filthy with urine. Carpet was sticking and not vacuumed. Shower was hairy and crusty and the pool was cloudy and nasty, hot tub not hot. I came here out my kids and the hotel of horrors.

I didn’t stay at the hotel my room was so nasty! There was blood splatter on the wall in the main room & bathroom, food on the floor, wires hanging out the walls where the lights should be, the room doesn’t look like what’s pictured either.

My stay at the Raddison was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I found blood on pillows, blankets and mattresses clearly unwashed. They agreed to change our room and the new room was equally as bad. Dirty socks everywhere and pee stains on everything. The hot tub was colder than the pool, and the pool was so disgusting you couldn’t see the bottom. The mattresses felt like air mattresses and the pull out bed was torn to shreds. To top it off another guest at the hotel somehow had a card to our room and walked right in.

No heat in my room. Out of a 6 day stay room was only cleaned once- after I inquired on day 5. Offered change of room but room smelled bad. Bar did not offer mixed drinks. Noise complaint during my stay as well. Will not be staying here in the future.

Everything was nice till we got to the room the paint was chipping off the walls we could hear the people above us and beside us and then my fiancé had found a pill on the floor by the sink just overall terrible in my opinion and will not be coming back and would not suggest to stay here
