No hot water
Check in was very easy which I so appreciated. The room was nice but I did not have hot water in the room. I called the front desk and was told he would check the tank and possibly move to a different room however he did not follow up and I just stayed in the room dissatisfied

Not like it used to be
Every time we come back home to visit family, we choose to stay here, but this time, the facility must have new managers because the place was not as clean as it used to be! The halls smelt like they carpets haven't been shampooed in a long time. The rooms were clean, and the tubs could use a detail, and the toilets could be cleaned better. I'll never choose this place for our stays when we come back home to visit! For the price for one night it has went down since last time I stayed There a year ago. The people that checked us in was not friendly! The breakfast was just waffles. So I am very disappointed.

Just a one night stay
It was decent for the price, but one issue was I called to see if I could check in an hour and a half earlier because I hadn’t slept in over 24 hrs and I was extremely exhausted. I was told my room wasn’t ready. Arrived 1 hour before check in and while face to face my room was now ready. I’ve never had that problem before. Breakfast was decent and pool looked lovely, but at 10:52am the cleaning lady knocked. We were already ready to go just grabbing stuff and making sure we had everything. Told her 1 minute and she waited to ask if we were checking out. After telling her yes she asked again and then stated she would come back. WTH?! I have never. I believe a call to the room prior to 11am checkout as a reminder is ok or knocking after checkout. Otherwise leave ppl alone. I paid until 11am so why are you bothering me. Room was clean but there was a sliding door for the bathroom and the knob to open anc close was either dirty or rusty so I never touched it. I just slid the door by pushing on the door. The fridge had no light bulb. And the lid for the ice looked dirty. One soda machine doesn’t work and one ice machine doesn’t work. You need cash for the machines as the tap to pay not debit/credit work. Minor inconveniences. Staff wasn’t pleasant nor unpleasant. Just doing their job I guess with no wow factor.

A little above basic.
Clean room, wish the room had a chair and ottoman as opposed to a desk chair. Very, very low toilet. Terrible breakfast. Got an English muffin, it was wet! Looked old too, not fresh at all. Comfortable bed, good pillows. Oatmeal was those packets.

Great stay
We had a great stay for 2 nights. Enjoyed the hotel, very clean, beds comfortable, quiet and the hotel was full. The pool excellent, breakfast was OK pretty standard but this hotel is located closed to a couple great restaurants. We would definitely return.

The room was nice. The room A/C was reading 68 degrees but was still very warm in the room. The only negative was there was some cheese curls on the floor under the desk.

We’ve been staying here for years, and it’s always a great experience service-wise and it’s a very convenient location. However, this time I felt I had to leave a negative review - and honestly I feel bad doing so because the issues I have are somewhat out of their control. My negative ratings this time are due to the overwhelming musty mildew smell in our room and the stains on the bed skirt. Overall the rooms are always clean but the smell and feeling of dampness really impacted me this time around. The staff are always pleasant, breakfast is ready in the mornings and we’ve never had an actual customer service issue here in about four years.
