The room was very clean - the odor of the cleaning chemicals was extremely strong. The clean room was great but the heavy chemical smell was horrible for my allergies. We really appreciate that they have pet friendly facilities!!!! We travel with our little 5 pound dog and it’s nice to know we can find a place to stay with him. People in the nearby room were really loud- especially considering the late hour. The hotel itself was very good but, again, they might tone it down on the heavy use of cleaning products.

Stay elsewhere
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel has a very strong chemical odor upon entering. Once checked in room on first floor the odor was worse. We thought it might subside with time and opened the window. We had to prop our room door open to create airflow in room. You might ask why didn’t we request another room. Our daughter was sleeping and it had already been a very long day. I barely slept due to the strong smell. In addition to the odor, we noticed the windows haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Huge cob webs and dirt by curtains. Gross! The workout room reeked of mold and ceiling has water damage as shown in pictures. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel was very dark, dated, unclean, and unsanitary. There was still a dirty washcloth hanging in our shower so we new it had not been cleaned. We heard a dog barking on the floor. The TV keep jumping. The refrigerator was louder than the TV and may have contributed to the jumping. The room was still dark with every light on. The screws to almost everything in the bathroom were rusted. We left the door open to ventilate the bathroom because it was obvious that the fan was blocked with all the dirt on it. There was no skirt on the bed, just the box springs exposed. We had to leave the air running because the carpet smelled horrible without it. For over $300 per night, all these things were inexcusable.

The elevator had sticky floor and it was dirty. The toilet was not working and one drawer from the TV table did not close. I had to change room, and the other room the drawer didn't close either. Since we changed rooms they didn't registered it, so they came and open my room while we where there, thinking it was emply. And the last two days they didn't clean the room. Did not like it, despite the good location. I will never stay there.
