Don't arrive early and expect to be greeted by welcoming front desk staff. The individual wouldn't bother to look up from his computer to tell me "Check-in's at 3." There is no elevator, so be prepared to schlep your luggage to the second floor. The vending machine was out of order and there was no one at the front desk when I needed to check out at 4:30 am. Also, while the property lists a shuttle service as an amenity, there is no shuttle. You have to call and arrange for one at your own expense. Once you call, they tell you to make your arrangements online. The online reviews are poor, so I ended up using Uber to get to the airport. The room was clean and tidy, but the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced.
