Absolutely horrible hotel! Rooms were very poorly maintainer whether HVAC not working or door lock not working. At a time only1 room key will work even if front desk provides 2. They provide 2 keys with a disclosure only 1of them work & we do not know which 1 so mark 1 with a black marker; so customer tries & figure which one will work. If you try to get other one worked; previously working key will stop.
The coldest day in 15 years in Orlando & heater doesn;t work. I got room changed but figured that they provided same room to another customer without fixing so staff is not really bothered. Same goes with room cleaning; they do not do on own & ask to tell front desk if you want to clean but despite that they do not.
Even breakfast was limited items & staff has been told not to fill up once its over.
Horrible horrible; not meeting Choice/ Quality Inn nor standard at all.
