We came down for a friend’s wedding for the weekend. The hotel overall was fine but for the price we paid, the room was pretty outdated. The fan in the bathroom was loud, the AC made an squeeky noise when it turned off and the room overall was not well lit. The only natural light could get was the door where everyone could walk past and see us in our room. It wasn’t worth the $680 for 2 nights. On top of that we were supposed to get the room with the king bed and sofa. We got the 2 queen bed. The person at the front desk said there was probably no more king rooms. Why make a reservation if you’re not going to actually reserve the room we asked for. Overall, it wasn’t the best. We also couldn’t get a late checkout as well. I’ve received better service at smaller, cheaper hotels. Overall, not the best experience in regards to staff service and quality of the rooms. The price is way to expensive for what they offer.
