Our stay was amazing. They were so accomodating of our dog, and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

The room smelled like body odor. The keys would randomly stop working. Not disabled friendly. Breakfast only available until 9:30 am. No literature or explanation given of amenities or how to access them.

Comfortable and safe. For the money there has to be better places to stay. Hotel was run down and not the cleanest. Our bathroom exhaust fan was filthy, water pressure poor, and breakfast was not very good. Tried to eat at 9 ( supposed to run until 9:30) and there was little food left and what was still offered was not very good. I feel like they're trying but upgrades are really needed for the price charged.

One night stay for Tulip Fest. Very comfortable room, bed was heavenly—light comforter and lots of pillows. Customer service superb. Would definitely stay here again!

While I understand the incidentals deposit on my credit card, I fail to understand why the clerk had to physically type in my cc info instead of me tapping the key pad. Clerk also didn't know which direction my room faced (when specifically asked). The entire experience was just slightly "off"

We checked in with our dog and were told there would be an additional $25 fee. We were told there was no record of us having a dog. We had to put a $100 damage deposit down which we did. The girl that checked us in did not say anything else about our dog. We got settled into our room and were gone about 3 hours. When we got back we could not get into our room so we went to the front desk. We were told that the manager locked us out of our room because our dog barked when she knocked on a door near ours. Yes a dog will bark when they hear a knock. We were also told that we would be charged $250 for leaving our dog in the room alone. We were never told we could not leave our dog nor were we told about any fine we would incur. I never was shown any documents and I did not sign anything. We were very upset and then were told we would not be charged the $250. We packed up our things and left. It was a horrible experience and I will be contacting corporate for Country Inn
