I’d rather sleep in a dumpster!

My friend and I booked the hotel as part of our girls road trip. The surrounding neighborhood was run down, with what appeared to be many drug users. The parking lot was across from the hotel, but luckily the kind manager allowed us to park in the small lot so we didn’t have to cross the street. The entire hotel smelled of food and cigarettes. Nothing appeared to be upgraded since the seventies. When we entered our room there was a small pile of dirty clothes in the corner from the previous guest. When my friend got into her bed it was filled with sand. It was impossible to sleep as the smell of the food and cigarettes in room was overwhelming. The air conditioned barely worked and we sweat all night. I wouldn’t wish this hotel stay on my worst enemy.

This hotel requires alot of work to bring it in line with customers of this time. Very out date, paid extra for a jacuzzi room. I think the jacuzzi was used on Noahs Arch. It is in a very bad part of Sudbury alot of homeless and drug users in the area. The owner make it very difficult to load and unload your vehicle becase she park her car in the way. Asked for a print out of final bill and was told she could not provide it. And the smell of curry was overwhelming throughout the hotel. Did not enjoy my stay.

Keys did not work to get into original room. Tv did not function once inside the room. They then moved/exchanged us to a second room in which the toilet did not work. Moved to a third room. Satisfactory sleep and bed was comfortable enough. Minimal parking behind the hotel and alternate hotel parking in open lot across the street. 3 vehicles broken into overnight in this open lot including mine!

horrendous

well, I didn't end up staying in this hotel. Simply because I couldn't even get through the front door because there were unfortunate people smoking crack pipes in the front entrance. off to my left was a girl on the ground with a tourniquet around her arm. I proceeded to call the hotel to let them know that I would not be staying there and asked for a refund. They told me I was going to have to contact hotels.com which I did do.. hotels.com proceeded to tell me that there was nothing that they could do that. I was going to be losing the $200 that I paid for this night. Stay if I didn't check in. Since I had my young daughter with me, I made the smart decision to just leave. I will not be using hotels.com service any longer for this reason nor will I stay at a best Western hotel..

Smell of the hotel was not great not sure if there are issues with the ventilation but the entire place floor to floor smelled like an Indian restaurant. Curry smell everywhere. Nothing against Indian cuisine or culture but i prefer my clothes and room not to smell like food. SO I WONT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

I got the hotel, checked in and went to move my vehicle, there was a bunch of homeless drug addicts around my truck. I immediacy checked out. I asked for a refund the front desk daid no. I didn't stay at this hotel. I checked in somewhere eles.
