Hospitable staff, great breakfast, decent property
The Patel family is very hospitable, friendly, and welcoming. Mr Patel takes a lot of pride in his property, and works diligently to make sure any issues are corrected. There were a couple of issues, one major was the two maintenance staff— they walked into my room, not once but twice, and my daughter was not dressed, just coming out of the shower the second time, and he left door open for a few seconds to be sure and get a good look before deciding to close it and knock. Patel said he would address it. The whole reason the guy was coming in there was to fix a leak issue they had. Had to move rooms, and the room we were moved to was extremely dirty. Dusty, hair, trash, just nasty. This did not match the rest of the hotel, and was highly perplexing.
The breakfast was fantastic, they do a really good job of giving different hot breakfast choices every morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quality.
There were unfortunately some guests who broke the elevator, and pool, blasted their music, among other things— unfortunately these people are “common behavior culture” it was frustrating to see them disrespecting everyone and everything around them.
