I was double charged at the front desk - what should have only been roughly $900 ended up being almost $2000. It left me pretty short the two days I was there. They did try to make it right but at the point the damage was done and I had to be very tight on my trip when that wasn't the plan. Breakers kept on tripping, air conditioner kept turning off, and water was leaking from the ac unit. It was a very pretty room, we stayed in the penthouse. The tiki bar had very good hamburgers.

I recently stayed at this beach resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was very comfortable and surprisingly affordable for the location — just steps away from the beach, shops, and great dining options. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, always friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and perfect for a getaway. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. My only small complaint was the elevators — they were a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great beach vacation and will gladly stay here again!

After paying a pretty decent price for a weeks stay, I was charged a $100 deposit that was never disclosed beforehand. Also, 2 of the days we stayed the water was shut off from 11-2 without any notice other than the day of itself. (That should have been taken off everyone staying in that buildings bill in my opinion) upon departure they kept $50 of the $100 deposit for no reason. The check in staff was not very friendly either. Will probably never stay in a Wyndham resort again based off that.

We have stayed at a few hotels in the area by far. This one is now at the top of our list of being one of our favorites. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again. The area was very quiet and the beach was not very busy in this area. Great place for a family stay.

This was my first time here but I come to this beach all the time. Customer service was very friendly when I checked in. And my room was on the beach with a balcony. It was small to me but everything was clean and the staff were nice. We ran out of tiolet paper and they came immediately to replenish it. And when we needed extra towels they were at our room within 10- 15 minutes of our request. The pool towels were gone after 6:00 pm each night so you have to get them early. And parking can be difficult if you have a big car. Overall this is a good place to stay on the beach.

The most part our stay was good, when my husband went to take a shower that evening he had no water pressure, it even stopped on him and he was all soapy, it did come back on but still no preesure. He expressed our issue with the hotel and they said they would send soneone up, they did 2 x with no explanation or apologies, nothing. Turns out the 6th and 7th floor had issues with water, we stated a week with water like that. They have no customer service, everyone avoided us like the plague due to all the complaints byt they offered nothing, no apology, no nothing they even got frustrated when we asked for a receipt.

The only thing that needs fixed to get 5 stars it's the water pressure, when taking showers the water stopped running for a little before starting to run again

Nice place

One night stay after a wedding. Very comfortable. Used the pool in the morning and it was nice as the building we were in the pool was actually in shade for the first 2 hours, which is what I was looking for after a hot hot weekend in Alabama!
