Cleanliness needs to be improved.
In general, the hotel condition reflected what described during booking. The room layout was designed in consideration of privacy, space, and flow. The bathroom layout was fully functional with separate vanity, toilet and bathtub with shower. A recommendation to the bathroom would be to insert glass doors to the toilet and shower respectively. This would maintain privacy when using the toilet and avoid water splash to the wet area using the shower. Customer service in general was satisfactory, and especially courteous and considerate in the restaurant serving daily breakfast. A takeaway lunchbox was prepared for the elderly who woke up late in the morning. The cleanliness of the room would be a concern to us during our stay as we found dust in various 'obvious' areas such as the TVs and the edges along the vanity. Photos attached showed the condition of cleanliness. COVID safety measures was implemented effectively and adequately.
