We regret staying at this hotel.

We are completely disappointed and angry with this hotel's service, which demonstrates insecurity, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service. There were cockroaches throughout the room. The second evening, upon arriving after eigth hours out, we found our room opened. We complained to the front desk, and they simply said "Sorry" and blamed the cleaning staff. We will never return to this hotel or any of the same chain

Decepcionante

Esse hotel realmente é decepcionante. Atendentes ríspidos e mau humorados. Café da manhã era literalmente café. Depois que pedimos alguma comida, o atendente veio com 6 fatias de pão de forma e manteiga (éramos 3 pessoas). Todo o hotel tinha muito cheio de cigarro, não foi feita limpeza, troca de toalhas e retirada do lixo ao longo de 4 diárias. Pedimos uma toalha (só tinha 2 no nosso quarto pra 3 pessoas) e gritaram comigo dizendo que não tinham mais toalhas.

Beddings has brown streaks stain and dog paws prints black, hallway carpet is dirty, bad smell in hallway. Cockroaches . Got what i paid for , Just saying. Bring your own bath soap.

very very bad

There was cockroaches in the room.. its terrible . in my life i never stayed like this type of dirty hotel. i was feeling vomit…very bad break fast . only bread. I feel i wasted my money..

Worst hotel I ever stayed in roaches everywhere. Customer service sucks the lady at the front desk is sleep all the time they don't come around and clean your rooms or replace your tiles but the f****** roaches are crazy

We never even stayed because our room was still dirty and they were fully booked up for the night. Would not do a refund because i booked with expedia juat turned into a oral deal all around. I wouldn't ever go back!

This hotel is conveniently located just a 15 to 20-minute drive from downtown St. Louis. Several dining options such as Dairy Queen, Domino’s, Cracker Barrel, Taco Bell, and McDonald's are within walking distance. The room comes equipped with essential amenities including a TV, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, workstation, air conditioning, USB and power charging ports, and Wi-Fi. There is also ample parking space available on-site. Breakfast options are modest and include bread (with butter and jam), cereals, Pop-Tarts, bananas, and coffee with creamer and sugar. The coffee, in particular, stands out for its quality. A refundable deposit of $50 is required as of 2025. The bed and linens are comfortable and quite good for the price point. Some areas for improvement include the odor in the hallways, the condition of the bathroom, and the quality of the room door.
