The hotel was staffed by people who seemed inexperienced in hospitality services. Our room only had a cover and sheet on the bed, we also lacked towels and pillows. When we requested these items we were given only one pillow and ended up buying our own blankets and towels. Checking out was also a disaster with no one being at the front desk or answering calls. Really tanks the Wyndham brand.
