The attitude of the boss is rubbish. The bed sheets and duvet covers were dirty. I asked the boss to get another set of duvet covers and change them myself. He was still unwilling. He actually said that he would not change the bed sheets.

Don’t ignore the 1 star reviews value your money!
We had to ask for a change of rooms TWICE! and not one had a working Heater. Our first room didn’t even have a working TV. In these cold temperatures during this winter a non working heater in a hotel whom you’d expect at least the bare minimum after paying a deposit on top of bs fees it’s something you’d at the very least expect. I’ve stayed at $50 hotels with better service and stability. This place was decent when it first opened now it’s utterly unacceptable. I urge everyone reading this don’t ignore the 1 star reviews just because you see some people giving it 5s here and there it doesn’t mean your experience will actually be any better. Your money will be much better spent elsewhere. Would not recommend anyone coming here.

Horrible!!!
Everything broken, filthy and should not be in business. Rude and disrespectful manager. Feel bad for some of the nice staff because you can see they are embarrassed for the mess and nonsense people pay for to try and stay here. No toilet tissue unless you go to front desk, how CHEAP! They should pay people to stay here

This is the nastiest hotel I ever stayed in. I know you can’t expect a lot of a Red Roof but I just needed the bare minimum: a decent clean room. The first room they gave us smelled like piss. The hotel in general smell like piss and cigarettes. The girl at the front desk was nice and had to give us another room. It didn't smell like piss but not good either, the sheets have stains and there are dead bugs and mold in the bathroom. It's not worth it, just save yourself.

Front desk nonsense daily
Key cards keep locking you out and you need to get to the front desk every other day to fix, you can get in the building but not your room and it’s very inconvenient when your arms are full and you need to leave your stuff unattended at your door or lug it all with you to front desk. Front desk empty and ring bell to wake them up and give you attitude like your inconveniencing them

Don’t stay here if you like a towel after showerin
Quiet place which is nice, except for when you book more days on your phone they knock on your door and tell you to get to the front desk right away to show you paid, like it’s an emergency! However the 2nd floor looks to be the smoking rooms and the customers look to be possibly homeless or from the disabled placement housing

The staff was very helpful in getting me in early due to changes in my travel plans. I arrived hours ahead of schedule but they took care of me. Great job! The only complaint I might have is that it looked like someone had been living in their car right outside the building. If the car were moved to the wood line it would help make the place look more inviting.

Easy in easy out, bed and shower with small TV that worked. It’s an older property and could use some upgrades. I tried not to look too closely for dirt, and critters. I just needed a night’s sleep. It was in a good location for me.
