Stay was good as always ,my pets were comfortable and felt welcome As there were others on the property . Some items at the hotel could be upgraded but customer service was great and room served its purpose

for the love of god don’t stay here

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever seen. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, there was a cockroach on the floor in the middle of the room, and one of our hotel keys was broken so she gave us the hotel master key which seems like a terrible security issue, since we could have accessed any room in the hotel
