The staff was very nice and helpful. They were very busy that day and it was difficult for the staff to get all the rooms clean. So there were a few things missing like wash, rags and pillowcases

Stains on the sheets and towels, and no shower curtain in our bathroom. When walking to our room passed the ice machine and saw a few chairs in these areas visibly covered in dust.

This hotel is obviously trying to save $ everywhere. The lights in the room were all very small CFL bulbs, half the lights are disabled. The water pressure in the bathroom is turned down to about 25% of normal. The breakfast was about 3/10. The eggs were flavorless, probably from powdered eggs. Very limited fruit. We travel through this area 2 or more times a year, but will be looking elsewhere for the next stay.

It was not as the reviews made it seem. The pool and hot tub are closed since they’re in violations, the room key cards didn’t work, and the room smelt so bad. All of that should be fixed before I had checked in.

Door would not lock unless you lifted it. Chairs were stained. Bathroom light flicker. Toilet squealed while filling. When staff was at front desk they were kind and helpful, we just had to look for them due to under staffing. There was only dry cereal mostly for breakfast.

It was very dirty room, under the beds it was terrible, the comforters was with red spots, the shower was broken and the bathroom in general was super dirty. I never ever go again to this hotel.

Guy who checked us in was great. We asked if we could not have anyone above or next to us if the hotel was slow. He assured he could accommodate. By 10pm we had a noisy upstairs person who walked around all night keeping me awake all night. No note was left to keep that room empty. The hotel was empty so I don’t know why they were put above us. Tub was dirty. Walls were thin. No ramp in back for luggage cart. Our room was spacious though. Kitchen was dirty, property looked like it’s going out of business and way understaffed. Only great thing was the hospitality of the guy who checked us in.

Was told after check in the pool was out of service. Got to room, bare wires showing & fridge was nasty. Would not recommend!! We checked out & went to a different hotel. Asked for a refund & they would not give us one, but would move us rooms. We booked cause of the pool.

i think the hotel was fine but there weren’t a ton of guests so i didn’t really feel that “safety in numbers” effect. inconvenient to pull my car all the way around to the back to unload and then all the way to the front to park with other cars. staff was nice but the furnishings felt old and breakfast was sorta boring. idk if they just didn’t make much or some big feasters gobbled it up. good place though, next time i’d stay somewhere on the other side of the highway so i can walk to applebees or something.
