Christmas Time
The outside of the hotel doesn't look like much expecally with a vacation place out front of the hotel, but when we walked in, they had the inside decorated for Christmas and it was wonderful. Very nice service.

The room was clean. No bugs. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were not large, but not the worst I've seen either. Towels were good size. Breakfast was simple, yet decent for the price. The pool was not operational, and apparently hasn't been operational for a long time.

Service was good and personal.
The little room fridge was not working to our knowledge. Let us check in early as a room was available as it was going to be later when we would come back at night. Clean room, comfortable bed. Good location and they did print out directions to assist us in getting to Progressive Field.

Not Very Satisfied
I am normally not picky, but this hotel was really bad. The toilet AND shower drain clogged, the bed was awful (felt like metal sticking up), the smell was bad in the room, and there looked to be vomit or old food down the side of the bedside table. There was also mold in the bathroom and to beat all, the pool was out of service. There were only 2 other cars in the parking lot and it was a little bit eerie. I would not stay here again.

Price was cheap and we found a stink bug when we checked into the room, No issue flushed it down the toilet. Paint was pealing all around the room and the window was unlocked and opened. Pool was closed, but offered in the advertisement. Next morning I found a black cricket in the room. I would check other places, this property seems like it is an extended stay versus for travelers.

I called and asked if there was a jacuzzi in the king size room and the guy said yes our room didn't have the jacuzzi in it i couldn't get the bathtub thing to go down so couldn't take a bath and the indoor swimming pool was down for maintenance
