The staff gave us a room and the bed had stains and the wall had deep groove from the chair and a picture was missing. So we called the front office and they gave us another room and they forgot to cancel the room that they gave us. And they gave the room to another couple that we were staying . Other it was nice.

Yes, a great plave to stay!

The stay was very comfortable. The only concern was the gaps on the door. The bottom and a one inch on the side. Other than that the beds were great and bathroom was nice and big. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty, except didn't have Decaf coffee. I would stay at La Quinta. Thumbs up! 👍

If traveling with pets beware

The main reason we chose this hotel was because it stated that it was “Pet Friendly”. At check in we were told to sign a waiver that stated we wouldn’t leave our dog alone in the room, even if kenneled. When I asked why, they stated that if the dog barks and disrupts others then we will be liable for their room charges. I was astounded! We travel often and never have we had to sign a waiver. Most hotels actually have part of the hotel sectioned for animals traveling for this reason. No where on the site did it state this, nor did hotels.com state this. We had to cancel plans that we had made because we do not trust our dog with a boarder. As to why we paid for this hotel, believing it wa “pet friendly”. However, Beds were comfy and 1 room was super clean. The other smelled like sewage when we arrived and through most of the stay. There was pounding from the upstairs guests and they seemed to let their children run around all night as we could hear them in the stairs. The pool was nice until we had to ask staff to go in and enforce some rules due to safety issues with parents not following rules set forth, yet no staff came to check, although the yells were through most of the hotel. This happened multiple times when trying to go to the pool. Breakfast was ok, but very limited considering the price. Coffee was too strong and limited creamer. Milk was being poured from a gallon in the mini fridge by each guest. Very unsanitary. Waffles had no toppings and juice kept running out

Family vaca

Upon arrival was informed that our room was a pet room on first floor and no other room available for our room type which was disappointing as I’m a light sleeper n like top floor. Noisy next door neighbor, plus then kids running back n forth on ceiling thru 10:30pm then again at 5am. Paid $170 hotels.com for 2 queens plus pullout. Bfast was generic but ok. Coffee bad. Pool too cold to get in and cloudy water. Pool doors unlocked. Homeless nearby at next door Walmart. One of the TVs were unplugged and then remote buttons broken. Couch has 2 inch hole. Fitness center nice n equipment working n cold water n room temp cool refreshing. Our room has very high ceiling which was nice room 104. Waited 20 minutes for scrambled eggs at 7am. AC fan worked really well. Hallway looks nice n updated feel.

Low Budget quality

The hotel elevator smelled like burnt rubber, the indoor pool had kids smoking, drinking, playing loud music, splashing in the hot tub. The walls were paper thin. Shower was cracked and the toiletries werent refilled. Outdated flooring felt dirty. Beds were terrible quality. Breakfast was simple but decent.
