Overall it’s value for money but need to expect the room is a bit outdated. The station nearby is not on the popular line.

Comfortable stay
Very spotless clean, comfortable but dated decor and furniture in the room. I think looking at photos on the website other rooms have been more recently revamped. Attention to detail could be better, when I arrived in the room the curtains in the room were shut which I found odd. It was also hard to know if the water in the room was complimentary. As it was with a price list but nothing else on the list was in the room? I had a comfortable stay. Air-con worked well and I found the room to be a great size and I appreciated having a desk.

Misleading information regarding Parking
My stay was really good customer service was excellent ,rooms clean ,onky teribbke issue was the misleading information regarding free parking ,i was billed 40 quids for 24 hours because it was operated. Y an 3rd party company.I really didnt had any issue paying but this information needs to be updated on the website so that customers will be aware.

Godt hotel - venter dog på mit depositum
Vi havde en god oplevelser på hotellet.
Så intet at beklage.
Man betaler 50 pund ved indtjekningen i depositum med det samme for at imødekomme eventuelt ødelæggelse af forhold på værelset. Når man så beder om depositum ved afrejsen, så får man oplyst, at de først overføres efter 2-5 hverdage.
Det finder jeg stærkt betænkeligt. Har været andre steder, hvor man får beløbet med det samme. Så jeg venter i spænding.

Poor quality for a branded hotel.
Aircon didn’t work, and has clearly been investigated as wires were hanging out. Room far too hot.
Shower head kept falling out of bracket so shower experience very poor. Bath enamel chipped off in places and metal underneath had therefore rusted. Shower gel empty on arrrival.
Toilet cistern constantly dripping and therefore wasting water.
Fridge was unplugged, and in pulling it out to plug back in - discovered rubbish such as paler and top of a milk carton behind it.
Basically - no attention to detail, poor quality for the brand image. Lack of proper inspection.
Checkout staff chap was disinterested im engaging.

Disappointing for a Hilton
The hotel location is good not too far from a tube station and bus stops and there was a fridge in the room which you don’t normally get in uk hotels so that was a plus, but the room itself was a little dated and shabby and there were 2 stains on the carpet that looked as if someone had vomited on it which was a little unpleasant, also before my stay I had emailed the hotel to ask to be put in a room near the elevators with no steps in between as I have arthritis, so what did they do put me in the furthest room from the lift with a flight of stairs in between 292 steps just to get to the elevator. Also the room was always cold I tried to change the heat setting on the aircon to warm but it didn’t help and my hot drinks tray was not restocked on 2 off the 4 nights I stayed, so overall very disappointed with Hilton you expect the best with their reputation but I guess times change don’t they

The family room was very old. There were holes in the ceiling where the curtain rails are. No air conditioning but there was a ceiling vent which was very loud. The heater in the room was filthy. Furniture was old and stained, some of it was chipped and didn’t look nice at all.

Disappointed
Booked a standard double room. No plugs near the bed, some randomly on a wall that you can’t fit a phone charger into because of the skirting board. The window was frosted over because it opens onto some random alcove that obviously houses a kitchen ventilation to something that runs all day and night. No natural day light because of the weird building, a window that barely opens and when it does it’s onto the horrible industrial roofing. Bathroom was nice, came with hot drinks, bath robe, water and safe, room was clean but wouldn’t stay again for 4 stars. Pics were taken at 3pm spring time
