A very dissapointing experience at a so called 4 star property. I was not offered any of my Gold member perks like early check in, late check out, free upgrade. The room was very basic, too expensive and there was no bathrobe. The soap dispenser did not work either.
The staff at the front desk were awful. The young male customer service agent has no idea how to talk to customers. I have seen him talk to other guests in a very poor manner. He would be fired on the spot had this been the USA where customer service standards for hospitality are very high. Please hire people with good communication skills and have courtesy and are professional. Won't be coming back. Thank you
