Upon arrival, there was mold on the ceiling and the AC wasn’t working. I immediately called the front desk and they were able to switch rooms for us. I’m shocked that they didn’t know there was literal mold on the ceiling, and willingly put people in a room with mold and no AC? It wasn’t worth the money we paid. It was basically a glorified motel. For a “boutique hotel” you’d think they have higher cleanliness standards. You could get a better room and stay at a Hilton or Marriott. Wish they would pay attention to detail, as it was extremely distressing to walk in to that. We were there for a wedding and were very dissatisfied in the service provided. Not to mention we didn’t receive daily room service like they advertise. Trash lining the halls, empty glasses littering the floors, very musty smell. The pool was very outdated and there was trash laying around there too. Also some kind of weird rocks or flakes of something all around the pool, so it would stick to your feet and get on your lounge chair. I don’t know… seems a bit pricey for what we experienced. Very dissatisfied.
