Luke warm shower water
There was no hot water. The pool and hot tube were on the cool warm side and the shower/tub water was the same out whole stay.

Move on to a nicer hotel
This hotel needs a lot of TLC. The furniture is falling apart, pieces are coming off the ceiling and the built in furniture in the bedrooms are peeling away from the wall. Our room had no toilet paper upon arrival, mirrrors hadn't even been cleaned, etc. Had my children not of wanted to swim indoors then we would've chosen another hotel that was cleaner than this. The gentleman working the pool area wasn't very kind to all of the guest from what I observed (the lady the following morning was wonderful). The breakfast utensils, and bowls that were out with the clean plates had food on them and I picked up a coffee cup to only find that it had ring stains from previous users on it. The lack of quality control and cleanliness is definitely lacking. Needless to say, we won't stay at this hotel or chain again as it was rather disappointing.

An experience we won’t forget
Once we arrived at check in, another guest was complaining about bed bugs in her room, showing a picture in the lobby! We checked our room and there was No bugs ! We didn’t receive room service for the entire time, from check in on Saturday through Monday. We talked about the possibility of staying an extra day at check in, and decided that we would not due to the lack of care ! We never was offered new towels or trash removal. We called and requested room service and was promised that room services would come by and never did. I paid cash for my pet deposit upon check in with staff member Kim, she was wonderful !!! The next day , I received a call from another staff member, saying I wasn’t authorized to have a pet and that the $278 dollar pet deposit wasn’t paid! The staff member went on to tell me that my room wasn’t a pet room, I couldn’t be in there, even though the hotel staff is the one that placed me in that room! Even though I told the lady I had paid cash, she argued I had not , it wasn’t on file, until I dropped Kim’s name, and that she could verify with Kim and I would bring the receipt down , then she found it on file that I had paid the $81 dollars & some change ! We were given drink coupons , to be redeemed for the next day, only for us to be told that the bar was closed the next day and wasn’t informed that the drinks were served at the restaurant part, until after our departure by another guest who is staying there. The other staff doesn’t like dogs!

I changed rooms 3 times and finally gave up and kept 3rd room. 1st room had no hot water and the 3nd and 3rd room had dirty toilet and bath tub. Hotel is in great need of remolding.
