Uncomfortable beds and the breakfast had spoiled milk. Disgusting. Probably will never stay again.

It was a short stay, front desk staff was helpful. Their hotel policy not the greatest… we are fully paid upon reservation with hotel.com and yet they are requiring us for deposit payment of $100 into our credit card even though they said it will be refunded after couple days! I refused to give my credit card and tell them we are fully paid already!

Lobby looked ok but the room was old shower dirty. Smelled musty . Parking lot looked like war zone . Busted concrete and litter everywhere . I was scared when the man with a gun on his hip wanted BUY my classic car . I went across the street to a competitor and got a room . I left the money and did not want a refund ….

This was a very low end place to stay. The pictures make it look like a mid level type place. However, it was very simple and outdated. Plus the breakfast had litte to no options.

This hotel needs a lot of work done. It’s actually lowers the Laquinta brand in so many ways. The hallway carpets were really dirty and you could smell smoke in the hall ways. I requested room cleaning twice and no one showed up. The roof was also leaking and towels were placed on the floor to dry the water. I felt the management is negligent and needs to attend to many of the repairs needed at the hotel.

We should have inspected what we expected. Cheap price should have been a sign. We didn’t unpack and canceled our stay. They charged us a $100 damage deposit which we hope will be refunded. They tried to hide the filth by dousing the room deodorizer. Oh boy!

My stay at La Quinta was terrible. First I booked the hotel because it advertised an airport shuttle bus from the airport to their hotel and when I called the hotel, they said that their bus was broken down and they could not pick me up. In addition, their bathroom that I had was filthy. The shower curtain was disgusting mildew and dirty. The shower showerhead was basically broken. The water was coming sideways. Just a very bad experience.

Las instalaciones cómoda, pero pésimo servicio de limpieza, para obtenerlo tienes que solicitarlo (punto que no te informan) de lo contrario tú habitación puede durar toda tu estancia sin aseo, no te ofrecen las necesidades básicas de acuerdo a la cantidad de personas por habitación (tambien tienes que solicitar toallas) muy poco accesibles en cuestión de tus check in y check out, jamás atendieron mis msj o solicitudes que realice desde la app
