Check in was fine. The parking lot was scary with screaming people. The bath tub was stained. The paint was 2 different colors on same wall and the towel rack was ripped out with no towels present. The bed was wonderful. Location was good for my appointments.

The rooms are lower price, and maybe because of that, the rooms were not well cleaned. Some dirty areas. The room had a smoking smell. The Internet was working. The persons were efficient in handling the keys and so, but not very pleasant or welcoming. You know like more business oriented. For a quick and needful moment is ok.

The property is the dirtiest I've ever seen and it smells like people have been urinating outside! Absolutely disgusting! They have nothing but homeless people and drug users hanging around outside all hours of the day and night also!!
