It was dirty and many repairs needed done. Very bad smell. Bathtub was disgusitng. There was stuff all over the door in the bathroom. They dot. Clean well at all.

Very convenient to the airport. The room was clean as well although the bathtub had peeling paint that made it look dirty. This hotel could use some upgrades with the carpet and paint. There were people hanging out in the parking lot that made it less than inviting

The experience was a nightmare, the counter clerk was the shuttle driver in a small personal vehicle, then he took my Driver's License and lost it by leaving it on the printer, when I was offiste I called 10x over and over and no one would answer. I had a friend who just landed from airport run by the hotel to get the DRivers license yet no one was there at the counter for close to 30mns. When I finally got to the room, it was filthy and the carpets were all wet from the leaking ice maker that had a soaked carpet all thru the hall ways, and the hotel smelled like urine. The paint on the bathroom walls were all peeling off and it looked like it had never been cleaned. Then there random kids running thru the entire place all day and night, and families that stayed up all night yelling and cursing and I couldn't sleep . There is random trash and bicycle parts outside and hotel that looked like no one has cleaned the place in ages. The worst hotel experience ever

A broken down bike was near the front door. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was pitiful with pealing paint, black mold and loose ceiling tiles. The towels were worn out. The beds were fair. Wyndham should divest itself of this property. We were so disappointed overall that we chose NOT to stay for the complimentary breakfast.

I have stayed here many times since 2016. This time the room windows were fogged and there was black mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was awful: no decaf coffee, no coffee lids, no non-fat milk, no waffles, no yogurt, a handful of cinnamon raisin bagels, no bread for toast. The desk manger sits in the back at 6:30 pm and a sign advises guests to wait in the lobby until he feels like showing up. I will never stay here again.

Bathroom in room 139 in my hotel room had two large circles (size of a pizza box) of primer like somebody was supposed to paint it but never did. Room was dirty garbage I’m in the rug bathrooms was filthy rub dirty

My stay has had to be my worst stay in the Capitol City region. Of course there is no mention about a juvenile detention center just feet away and an actual jail within a mile. The building had two swastika very visible at the front entrance. The welcoming committee was very drunk women with a Tower wrapped around here head chain smoking stall cigarettes .The smell of cannibus was the air as I entered. The shower head was terrible. There was no water pressure and it spit out the water like a sprinkler system. The scheduled breakfast was nowhere to be found. And there was no room service. Had to contact the front desk for replacement dingy towels. Never again!!!

Check in was difficult due to the person not really speaking much English. I got to my room, 132, and it was absolutely disgusting. Food and dirt on the walls, blood on the walls in the bathroom, huge stains on the bed sheets that looked like some sort of bodily fluids, hand prints all over the headboard, rust pouring out of the faucets in the bathroom, toilet seat falling off, and it stunk of cigarettes. I complained to the man at the desk about the condition of the room and asked for the sheets to be changed. He refused and said it would be done in the morning. He actually expected me to sleep on someone else's fluids. He didn't offer to change my room either. He simply walked out of the building and left. I was disgusted and furious. My daughter spent almost an hour cleaning and disinfecting the room for me. I had to cover the filthy sheet with the top sheet and blanket so i could sleep but not be on the nastiness. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Pretty sure it's used by prostitutes and crackheads based off the condition of the room. I should be given a full refund for what i dealt with. Do not stay here under any circumstances. It is awful. The good reviews must be fake because this place is a dump.

We had high expectations since it was part of the Wyndham family, but the place was very run down, and not especially clean. Peeling paint and black mold in the bathroom. Dried blood on blanket and the bed’s decorative pillow.

The curtains and carpet had stains. The paint was peeling in the bathroom and there was no hot water. The room next to ours was blasting music from 10pm-12am. I called the front desk and nothing was done. A plus was the beds were spotless and comfortable.

The hotel is run down and smelled of curry throughout the whole place. The breakfast was a joke. The pictures on the website are outdated and so is the hotel. Only thing going for it is that it's close to the airport. Look at other hotels and pass this one up. Sketchy people hanging outside thru the night, I assume they live there and they had kids running all around and were working on their cars in the parking lot. Carpet in the hallway have seen better days and what's in the room was just as bad. Mold in the bathroom and door didn't seal well. Wyndham really needs to evaluate these places. A bad reputation for the name. I will never stay at another Wyndham because of this hotel.
