Probably not worth the price
Poor quality in so many ways. The hotel it self is located in an industrial area with a trucking company next door. The hotel itself was ‘worn down’ with worn out flooring, slow drains, and an old tired appearance. complimentary breakfast was really low quality with limited selection. They had extended stay customers who stayed in the outdoor common areas smoking cigarettes. Fights/arguments were heard one night. An overall unpleasant experience. The quality surely explains the low price.

This was a nice place for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was very close to the highway, which was convenient, but I thought might be noisy, but did not actually hear the highway noise from the room.

It's easy to find with plenty of parking. we were on the 2nd floor with no elevator, I'm 82,wife late 70's. Comfortable bed and nice bath, wife thought it could be cleaner. The breakfast would have been great but sausages were ice cold and scrambled egg pattie was warm, waffles and cereal. Easy check in & out. Looks like 1'2 of the motel is rented by familes by the week or month. That was uncortable but had no issue with them.

It was convenient, clean, functional and quiet. It is also tired, cosmetically, but functioned well for a place to sleep and shower. Staff were good, check-in was smooth, and the formulaic breakfast was as good as one can expect. The entry door needs a new threshold and the shower curtain hangs into the tub and looks a bit gross from water staining.
