This is the perfect location to visit St. Peter's, Vatican, etc. Nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery store, and metro. Marina was very helpful, especially when our taxi to train, was in the wrong location and we needed help to get another one to make our train. Although this is an affluent area of Rome, always wear your backpack in FRONT of you. I was pickpocketed at night and fortunately only lost an inexpensive jacket.

Check in was difficult for this property. It's not an actual hotel, it's a studio in a residential apartment building with very little signage indicating the property. No check in instructions or contact info to reach property manager was provided and I didn't know what to do when I arrived. I had to stand outside and wait for a resident to help me figure out what to do. The phone number on the small sign on the building is incorrect.

Arrived a 1/2 hour early for our scheduled check-in time but was able to check in without an issue. City tax is collected at check-in (€3.50/person per night) is cash only. Stayed in the family room (queen & 2 twins). Room was clean but a little dated and didn’t look anything like the pictures of the rooms featured. Overall our stay was great but a little confusing on who to call if there is an issue and for check out prior to the office opening at 2pm. Close to some great restaurants and gelato. Great place to stay if going to Vatican (10 min walk) but it is at least a 40+ min to Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain.

Chambre et salle de bain trop petites. TV qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pas possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place Obligés de le prendre à l'extérieur. Ce n'est pas un hôtel... C'est une chambre dans une résidence. Je ne la recommande pas !

The room was very clean and in an an excellent location. We was given a smart phone in our room which was free to use and provided us with a lot useful information about Rome. This was really helpful when using public transport and finding restaurants. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rome.

Extremely close to good restaurants, bars and The Vatican. Take the 5 minute walk down to St Peters Basilica for 7am to skip the long queues without having to pay for fast track. Rooms are clean and tidy but missing some essentials. Towels changed only at charge of €5 or once every 4 days, no glasses or cups for drinks, no tea/coffee facilities, air-con very noisy and ineffective and finally beds extremely uncomfortable. Check in was good (although restrictive as only available between 2pm-8pm) and the security system was reassuring, All in all a good base for exploring Rome if you can cope with the extremely hard matress.
