We warmly greeted by a friendly staff member. It's so disheartening when the front staff is cold and uninterested. Or worse, as we had at a previous hotel, to call a 1-800 number to check in over the phone with a national chain. The room was impecibly clean. Only two things were kind of a bummer. No elevator and we had to make multiple trips upstairs with bad backs. And there's a bedside lamp/plugin/table only on one side of the bed. Makes it hard if both sleepers wear CPAPs. Oh, and we just LOVED the yogurt machine.
