Deceiving

It was a misconception due to the web site and the actual place. In the pictures the bathroom was bigger, there was no sink in the restroom I booked for 3 and was only given accommodation for 2. I had to ask for extra blankets and toiletries for the 3rd person. On the website it looked modern but when we got there it was not. None of the ice machines worked. I had to go to the gas station to get ice. The workers were nice and friendly. I possibly would never stay there again. I feel I should be compensated for the discretions.

Room was musty and freezing. Had to turn heat on in summer. Was told breakfast was until 10.30 got there at 9.45 to find out it end at 9.30 on Friday. The cook was kind enough to make up food. Overall 2 stars

Upon checking in to the hotel the 1st room we were given smelled really bad of mildew and the carpet felt wet, the 2nd room was much better looked way more cleaner and still had a mild smell of the mildew

Rooms were nice but we did not have washcloths or some toiletries in the bathroom. Front desk staff seemed disinterested in providing service. Breakfast was decent. Staff working in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful.

We had a suite for 5 people. There were no extra blankets, even when asked at the front desk. So my son who slept on pull out couch had no blanket. Only 1 sheet which he needed to cover the mattress. No ice was available or extra towels.

The room was clean and exactly what we expected. I was a little concerned because I had read some bad reviews but we had no problem with our 1 night stay. Cookies were great and breakfast was good with lots of options.

Very Rude Man

Great breakfast. aKlien was amazing! She was very understanding and helped us with all of our needs. There was a man there selling paintings AND working there. He was extremely rude to my little one. Why would Choice Hotels allow this man to sell his drawings and have them all over the chairs and lobby area???? If his drawings weren’t all over my little one would have had somewhere to sit without touching his drawings. I WANT someone from Choice hotels to contact me.

Staff was nice. Strange kiosk checking. No cookies offered. Missing washcloths, items left behind appeared as if cleaning was incomplete

Nice workers, sad hotel

The room was clean and staff (when available) were friendly. The room was old and musty and the bathroom had mold and the mirror was cracked and the door was damaged- it just felt old and not fully maintained . Walking in and having a kiosk with a remote worker was awkward and unwelcoming.

This was just an average visit. Nothing really stood out as being great, except the breakfast employees were very friendly and worked very hard to keep the area well stocked and clean.

Management had an issue with house keeping which caused house keeping to do a work slow down. People arrived for the stay at 5 pm and were told there were no clean rooms. I arrived at 7 and they had to shuffle around rooms and the room they were givIng me was done and just needed a blanket. The desk manager looked at a staff memeber and told her she had an extra blanket on the cart and put it in the room she just assigned me. Five minutes later she came back and said it was done. When we got into the room, the beds were sloppily made and there was food leftover in fridge. Under the soap holder in the bath, there was a layer of soap scum and what appeared to be the start of mold. We had a long day just checked in and knew it wasnt worth arguing. Next day couple had same experience. Room not ready and the one given was dirty with towels on floor. Were given another room that was lIke ours... not clean. Due to third party booking there was nothing the hotel would,/"could" do. They need an audit of the staff. Main manager left there to do an 11-7 at another property and didn't resolve the issues at the first. Continental breakfast was worse than most. No butter for toast or waffles. Was supposed to be till 10, staff pulled everything at 930. To boot coffee in lobby was cold...definate do not stay. Some of this sounds bitter, but when its adveetised and you pay for a clean room and breakfast til 10 at the least it should be provided

Just one small hitch

It was very nice... the only thing that was not great was there was no hand railings in the toilets... the lack of them made it difficult to use it.. otherwise everything was perfect
