This place has a staff that is possibly the most incompetent and non customer focused team I have ever experienced. The parent company should be appalled. Between Messing up reservations, housekeeping losing customers personal items and no leadership/manager available ever. It’s the land of “we can’t help you” or “we don’t know” and “we can’t reach the manager”. The breakfast set up was late and not consistent. If you are looking for a hotel that treats their customers like guests, this is NOT the place for you.
