This hotel is beautiful and the room was amazing! The view of the river and downtown Cincinnati was awesome! We are a family of 6 and the suite room was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast was a little disappointing. But we would definitely stay here again!

The stay didnt start off good but ended great. We got through the front desk stuff quickly. Got to our room on the third floor to find the door open. It looked like maintenance was in there working. They said to give them 10 minutes. They were replacing the bathroom vanity light fixture. They were doing several rooms on that floor. A lady with the hotel happened to walk by and asked us about the room but didnt say much. She went down the hall and called someone about it. Its disappointing but the room was clean and the hotel was nice. It was perfect distance to the aquarium. We used the pool area and that was nice and clean too. Plenty of towels located in the pool area. We had plenty of towels in our room too. The breakfast the next morning was great too. A lot of options and the coffee was good. The view was a big selling point. It was a beautiful couple of days so we could see the nice view of Cincinnati. We would go again.

When we arrived at the checkin counter we asked if we could have the complimentary water they had just given the 2 customers before us but we were told no because we booked through a 3rd party. We also asked to combine our two night stay so that we could stay in the same room, even willing to pay any price difference. However, again we were told no because we booked through a 3rd party. It truly seems that if you book through a 3rd party you are not going to get the treatment you deserve or pay for! We have always stayed at Hampton Inns but after this stay we will consider other options first!!! 2nd night stay: The girl at the desk was so rude again about the water and about booking through a 3rd party. Doesn’t matter that you’re a paying customer who also happens to be a Hilton’s member. I have never been so disrespected in all of my travels and over WATER!!! Seriously 😳 Not to mention that the room they sent us to had not been cleaned at all! The bed was unmade and towels all over the floor. So we had to go back and deal with her loveliness once more.

I was appalled when I called and was denied a refund or credit towards a future stay due to inclement weather conditions that flooded most of Kentucky. They expected me to put my life at risk to get to their hotel.

The room (306) was not thoroughly cleaned. The floors were dirty, dusty (thick dust around the tv base), and i seen pink stains on my comforter (looked like makeup) I was thinking for the amount of money that i spent on the room for the weeknd, that the hotel would grab the trash and dirty towels (and refill with clean towels daily). The front desk told me they only do that every 3 - 5 days. That to me is piss poor service

Nice room and great proximity to Newport and Cincinnati. Clean room with a nice view. Breakfast left things to be desired. Ran out of things multiple times both mornings with no one around to help.

Pool was closed, which was main reason we picked this location. Also, our hallway seemed to have a leak or something, terrible smell and wet carpet outside our room. Otherwise, the room was nice and breakfast was great! Would stay again but make sure pool is open.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. My only complaint would be that we stayed 5 nights and the housekeeping staff never once cleaned our room or changed our sheets when they were on our floor every day when we left to go to our events.
