The hotel is superbly situated in the centre of the city. Staff were always friendly and attentive and the rooms clean and functional. I would certainly stay here again.

Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. Only concern was room door locks… unique to Norway.. should be instructions in room on how to use… need to scan your card against lock when leaving… came back one day to fund my door wide open… Convenient location… would stay here again.

This hotel is very conveniently located just 10 minutes walk from bus station and 10 minutes walk to the city centre and ferry terminal. The room was a bit small, but it is common for hotels in Norway. My room was facing a street with traffic, but it was not bad with closed windows. The breakfast selection was excellent.

The breakfast was delicious. It is conveniently located to walk to many attractions. Our room was quite small, even by European standards, but clean and suitable. The bed was just ok.

Room was very functional, but the glass shower door was loose and did not stay in a position to stop water from leaking on to the bathroom floor. Very friendly staff and one of the most amazing Hotel breakfast buffets I have ever had! Definitely recommend!

Half great, half awful We were in a “queen size” bed room, but the bed was pushed up flush against the wall in the corner. The room was so small we were unable to lay our two carry on bags open on the floor. But, the breakfast (we paid extra) was fabulous and worth every penny. Obviously, a great location, but just an awful room.

Overall we are very satisfied of this hotel. It was very convenient, quiet and very close to the shops and touristic attractions of Bergen. During inchecking we did not have the most enthousiastic staff member. During our stay we noticed that this luckely was an exception. The other staff were friendly and helpful.

My room was clean and comfortable, however it was hot. The hotel was on a busy street and the windows would only open about 3 inches, there was a lot of noise from traffic and people.

Staff was very accommodating and provided two more pillow and a sheet. Room was too hot and we had no way to cool it. Sleeping with a quilt on was too hot but just a sheet was perfect. The location was ideal being near the harbor and many tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet had everything we could want. Thank you!

the worst room i have even had during my years of travelling around the world, my view was looking into a dirty painted outside wall 3 metres from the window the sky was only visible buy looking up , resulting in no view which made the room dark. Maybe acceptable for a night but I was staying for 7 nights. Great breakfast and friendly staff

Did not get the correct room

I ordered and paud for a double room, but got a single room and not possible to change due to no spare rooms. I am trying to get a compensation for this, but have not got it yet.
