Average room and condition. Checkin at 11 pm, clerk took long time with previous customer, without acknowledging my presence. I understand if former previous customer was complicated however, a simple nod or eye contact letting me know that he’d be with me soon would’ve been appreciated. Service at breakfast was awful. I arrived to the rather large restaurant area at least 2/3 of the tables had been uncleared of previous guests, dirty dishes. I seated myself at an empty and clean table, but without full service set up, a single waitress provided adequate service however, throughout my half an hour stay in the restaurant not a single table was cleaned or cleared. I was therefore eating my breakfast and a restaurant entirely in disarray. An hour later when I came down to the lobby to check out well beyond the end of breakfastthe dirty breakfast tables were still there. The hotel does not seem to be equipped to manage unexpected staff shortages. This all leads to a less than ideal experience for the guest.
