Very Dirty

This was a last minutes type of end of the day after a long road trip super tired kind of situation. Booked a King, website made the hotel look clean and perfect for a quick overnight stay. Was given a double queen room and asked to "just take it". It was obvious housekeeping was doing their job, but only their job. Bathroom walls had lots of odd staining and drips all over all the walls, cobwebs and stains on walls in the room, ironing board was bent in the middle a significant amount, huge crack and lots of drywall open in the room and the coffee maker had some weird sludge and hair in it where you pour the water in. I alerted the front desk and they didn't seem to care at all about the room conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not very clean

When walking in the hotel the smell is not inviting and while i was waiting to check in a customer was complaining about a broken toilet and wanted a new room. This hotel need professional cleaning at this point. It's beyond what house keeping can do. Foot prints leading out of shower, stains on everything, pillows the size for a childs head, and curtains needs to be replaced. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the room myself or leave. Definitely motel vibes and the pictures on website are an illusion. Thank God I had no kids with me the pool was closed for maintenance. I did notice people coming and going so theres money coming in and no reason these issues cant or shouldn't be adress.

The entire property is the literal meaning of "Vintage "!!!! Not the well kept maintained vintage we all love, the vintage that's dusty, ill smelling, and poorly tended to.... The carpets are coming up and undone, there's no bonus bedding for the additional beds in the suites, and when I asked I was handed two sheets and informed: That's all we got. The 70's entry door jammed, the cook was turning over the seat cushions because they were badly soiled, and the wall next to the bed had a hole in it, taped over........ This is a beautiful location with tons of potential yet lacking resources, leadership, and up to date living quarters that is accompanied with all new staff and management. I lefted to say the least. Never to return to a "Quality Inn" seeking a quality experience 👎🗑🗣

When we checked in we did not get the room we picked and reserved online and when we tried to tell the clerk he was rude and didn’t care. The bathroom was filthy with mud in tub and on floor and black hair all over the floor. We were told breakfast ended at 10:30 only to find it ended at 10. We were told the pool closed at 10 but it closed at 9. It was a horrible stay and we will not be returning

This was the worse experience I’ve had at a quality hotel. Starting with being overcharged, to not having a working shower you turn the shower in the water was shooting out the wall to the ceiling all the to bathroom door. Maintenance comes to fix it because they have no other rooms and put this baby shower head that you get no water pressure from. To returning to the hotel the next day after being gone all day the one of the rooms we were in reeked of weed and you accuse our group of smoking it when we had been gone for over 8 hours. Then you refuse to move the kids in that room had to threaten with the police to then suddenly having a room on the fourth floor were the kids would have been away from the group and the chaperones so I let them have my room and I move to the 4 th floor to now having bumps pop up on me in random areas. Ask for corporate number and was told by the desk clerk she didn’t have one or maybe I should just call choice corporate number. To the rooms not being cleaned the entire 4 day stay. Having to ask for towels and get attitude. Choice hotel, Quality hotels please do better

I want to say that you get what you pay for but I don't know if that's completely true. The photos of the property are extremely outdated. most of the lights at the pool don't work as well as the ventilation system. The first day that I went to the pool, the back door was open and there was a board in front of it. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom of my room so any smells from the bathroom were just trapped in the room. The sheets had small stains as well as the walls of my room. I asked for housekeeping every day of my stay(because you have to request it) and housekeeping only left towels on my second day so they didn't vacuum, make our beds, or clean our bathroom. The police were there every day and one day the ambulance and fire department
