The hotel is ok. Room was ok. I just felt like everything needed a deep clean. The pool is under renovation so ignore the nice picture and details listed about the property because you can’t use it. Bring your own ice because the ice machines that are working are disgusting.

Clean, but room needs an update
The property was clean, which is most important IMO. The pool was closed for renovation. The indoor pool was the reason we booked this place so I was definitely disappointed. The light bulb in the entryway was burned out. The handle to the sink came off when I lifted it to turn the water on. Maintainence came to take care of it right away, but that's not really something I should need to worry about. Fridge was wobbly. Red stain on the carpet. It was ok, but I will not be staying here again.

Not pet friendly-Pool closed/Upset Kids
So since we booked through Hotels.com, I had stayed there PVC three other times and when I got there, they had changed their pet policy. They no longer offer pets of any kind in their hotel. They did accommodate me this time, however but they did charge me a $75 fee which I did not get back even though my dogs were especially quiet. They are very well trained, and no mess was ever made. And all I was told is that on their main website it says that there’s no Pettes there can’t guarantee about third-party so if you’re looking for a pet friendly hotel, this is not the one. It also says that they have an indoor pool which nobody mentioned that it is being renovated right now so it is completely closed off. The only reason why choose this hotel is because it had an indoor pool so my kids could go swimming if I had known that it was being renovated and not open I would not have chose to stay there. They could’ve put that on their website as well. They need to update the information on their hotel sites whether 3rd party or not as needed to let guests know these things. Had I known then what I know now I would not have stayed at the Clarion. I would’ve stayed somewhere else. I was not pleased with my stay at all.

We have stayed in this hotel for multiple years. The rooms continue to decline. Breakfast used to be one of the best but it also seems to get worse each year and one morning it did not open on time so we had no breakfast. Every year we ask for a receipt and are told it will be e-mailed but in the end I have to call the hotel multiple times to get the receipt. We love the location but maybe it is time to look for another hotel.

No Dogs
Service was decent. Room was clean. Biggest complaints- our room had a door leading into another room. The guests in the next room stayed up all night being loud. Thats not the hotels fault but some warning about the joint-door while booking would have been nice. Also, I specifically booked this room because they stated they had a "pet friendly" policy that allowed one small animal. Our poor rescue dog had to sleep out in the car while we stayed because the hotel had signs everywhere saying pets were not allowed.

At check asked where hot tub was located. Was told, but was not the heater was broken. So it wasn’t working. Asked where the ice machines were located. Was told that there was a n ice machine on every floor. Wasn't told that the ice machine on the floor we were staying on was broken.

I liked that the property had a pool and hot tub. The area was very dirty. Our ac did not work so we had to switch rooms. The rooms were clean and we had what we needed. Breakfast was canceled the first morning because there wasn’t enough staff. The next day, we went to breakfast at 8 and there was nothing left. That’s my biggest complaint…I choose hotels because I want breakfast there.
