Armoni mess

The Armoni Inn employees are nice! The facility, an old Holiday Inn from yrs past needs extensive work. I use to work there 25 years ago. The Labor Day weekend rares were ridiculous. At least 2X the norm. Smh.. for the dollar value, it was terrible! I did take a couple of pics. In the 6yrs I worked there, it was never in this amount of disarray! There seems to be no attention to detail at all. But the pool is finally fixed & open! Still no kitchen or restaurant service. Pros: close to the PIP & 287! Cons: everything else! The "normal things" that other hotel rooms provide, you have to ask for here. And you may not get all of them in your room. Like a microwave, mini fridge, or towels!! Based on the good staff members that I've had dealings with, it's a two-star place. Like OYO, definitely on your own! Pics: No bathroom towel rack. And the chair from hell.

We ordered a queen room and they gave us a room with 2 beds as it was sold out when we got to the room there were NO TOWELS it was 3am and I was too tired to go down and ask for towels Bathroom was so disgusting

Couldn’t get a refund

Due to having an emergency and not being able to stay anymore due to being called back to work as a marine it didn’t sit right with me that after using this app for hotels I’ve never had a problem till now. I’ve never asked for a refund or cancelled but the one time I do and I’m hoping to get a refund for gas money for a long trip they deny me it

Nice last-minute booking

It was your basic last minute motel booking nice enough to spend the night if you have to clean rooms despite the outside of appearance, but don’t make it your first pick restaurant closed bar closed, but on the high side pool is beautiful and open and open late.

Terrible

The light switch in the room was broken. The TV didn’t work. The parking lot was horrendous with potholes and no lights in the back where I was told to park. I would’ve called about the issues but there’s no telephones in the room.
