We live in Texas now, but moved from Farmington back in April, so we still have local driver’s licenses. We were back up for Dr Appointments for my kids. We were told that they could not accommodate me, having a disability, because I asked for a room on the first floor not the stairs on the second floor. And I was told, that because I have a local address, they cannot accommodate me having a disability because local people party and they put all the locals on the top floor. So I was discriminated. And did not have any accommodations. The first night, the AC unit was making a terrible noise, and the beds were trash. Literally falling apart, and the shower when using it was literally coming apart from the wall. When we complained the 2nd day we were moved to another room on the top floor, and I asked again about being moved to the first floor again. And was told no.
The second room we were in was a little better, but my overall experience at this hotel, and being discriminated, and having no accommodations, and not only that, not offering anything to help with accommodating to move me to the ground floor, I will never return to this hotel.
